Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how Wyth Label handles the shipping of products and our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Shipping

Production Time:
All Wyth Label garments are hand-knitted to order, with production typically taking 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via express courier based on your location, with shipping costs displayed at checkout. Please see below for applicable shipping rates. Note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking code to become active and display tracking information.

UK 

Shipping costs: £8 (1-2 working days)

Europe

Shipping costs: £15 (2-4 working days)

*If you wish to ship to Bulgaria, please contact our customer service team to confirm options and pricing.

US

Shipping costs: £25 (2-4 working days)

Rest of the World

Shipping costs: £30 (4-6 working days)

Delivery Estimates:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed due to courier schedules, customs processing, or other unforeseen delays.

Customs and Import Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Made-to-Order Policy:
All Wyth Label garments are individually hand-knitted. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@wythlabel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with UK consumer law.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery address is correct and complete.

  • Be aware of potential customs or import charges in your country.

  • Inspect items upon receipt and notify Wyth Label promptly if there is an issue.
