These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wyth Label website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Business Information

Wyth Label is a UK-based sole trader operating under the trading name “Wyth Label.”

If Wyth Label becomes a registered company in the future, this section will be updated to include the company name, registration number, and registered office.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All Wyth Label garments are individually hand-knitted and made to order. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Each piece is unique, and minor variations in texture or finish are inherent.

All garments are crafted using Oeko-Tex certified wool to ensure quality and sustainability.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted once full payment is received. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via express courier based on your location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Wyth Label is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure that sizing and product details are correct before placing your order.

Faulty or damaged goods:
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@wythlabel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a suitable remedy in compliance with UK consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images, and other content on the Wyth Label website are the property of Wyth Label and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyth Label is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
